1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and engaging with Vidyaan Group for digital engineering assessments, physical roof surveys, or solar solar installations, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these clauses, please discontinue browsing this site immediately.

2. Scope of Service & Site Access

Vidyaan Group provides turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) solar solutions. All custom system guarantees are contingent upon the following rules:

• Survey Clearance: The property owner must grant safe physical access to our technical field engineers to perform drone scanning, load tests, and structural shadow mapping.
• Structural Integrity: The client certifies that the destination roof or land asset is structurally capable of supporting heavy solar panel structures and wind load pressures over long durations.

3. Net-Metering & Grid Permissions

While Vidyaan Group handles 100% of the processing, drafting, and logistics paperwork required to secure official Net-Metering connections, final approvals and tracking intervals are subject to the timelines set by local utility bodies (MSEB/MSEDCL). Vidyaan Group cannot be held legally liable for localized grid-tie structural infrastructure backlogs.

4. Hardware Performance & Warranties

All premium monocrystalline solar panels deployed carry a specific 25-year structural generation performance warranty backed directly by Tier-1 manufacturers. Inverter warranties are governed by their respective product blueprints. Lifelong maintenance packages provided by Vidyaan Group are subject to clear payment structures as negotiated during contract finalization.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any transactional contracts created through site interactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any legal disputes or claims related to our services fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
